- Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and periodic reports for management
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Collaborate with other departments for financial data analysis
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) for financial management
- Monitor financial metrics and identify discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (journal entries, reconciliation)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
