We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to handle our financial operations with precision and integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail and consumer goods environment.
As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and seamless tax compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile daily financial records and general ledger entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Monitor and process company tax obligations, including PPh 21, 23, and PPN filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction discrepancies.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking to support management decision-making.
- Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Staff or similar role for at least 1-2 years.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to commute to the Tangerang/Bintaro area (must reside within a maximum 1-hour driving radius).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
