Royal Progress Hospital is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Utara. As a vital member of our hospital's administrative division, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of our healthcare operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry into the hospital's financial software system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all invoices and supporting documents are complete.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash funds.
- Support the tax reporting process, including preparing relevant tax documentation (PPh, PPN).
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department head as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a hospital or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and basic taxation.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
