Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Performing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring account balances.
- Ensuring all financial data is entered correctly and updated in the company's accounting software.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and internal company accounting policies.
- Collaborating with operational teams to streamline expense reporting and budgeting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
