As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity. You will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the management team with data-driven insights. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Prepare and process monthly tax reports (PPh 21/23/25, PPN) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely collection of invoices and payments to vendors.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash transactions.
  • Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Assist the finance manager with budget tracking and variance analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
