Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording entries into the accounting system accurately.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Performing account reconciliations for bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Handling tax documentation, calculations, and ensuring timely compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assisting in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to track operational performance.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical financial records and supporting documentation for audits.
- Coordinating with internal departments to track operational expenses and manage vendor payments efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
