Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy? We are currently seeking a motivated Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that all records are accurate, tax-compliant, and processed with high efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of local Indonesian tax regulations and a proven ability to manage end-to-end financial reporting.
You will play a critical role in supporting our management team by providing timely financial insights, handling routine accounting entries, and maintaining the integrity of our general ledger. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including monthly tax calculations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29) and VAT (PPN).
- Prepare and submit timely SPT Tahunan (Annual Tax Return) for the company.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
- Support the finance department in budget monitoring and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas).
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, high integrity, and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
