As our Accounting Staff, you will handle a diverse range of financial duties, from managing day-to-day bookkeeping to assisting with tax documentation. You will work closely with the finance management team to ensure all company assets and liabilities are monitored correctly. We are looking for an individual who thrives on precision, maintains high standards of integrity, and possesses a strong analytical mindset to help streamline our accounting workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and updating the ledger.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of internal management accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly tax returns (PPh, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Zahir) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles (PSAK).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly ethical, professional, and reliable in handling confidential financial information.
