We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff member to join our growing team in Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with local tax regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
As part of our finance department, you will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable management, general ledger reconciliation, and supporting the month-end closing process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, recording all financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all invoices are paid and collected on schedule.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank and cash statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and assist in tax reporting (VAT, PPh).
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical financial filing systems.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work full-time based in Bali.
