You will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounting processes, ensuring that all financial records are documented accurately and in full compliance with company standards and statutory regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Ensure all financial records are documented accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers to ensure discrepancy-free data.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights for better decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or MYOB).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards and tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while meeting tight deadlines.
