As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting the finance team in high-level reporting. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient in accounting standards but also passionate about driving efficiency in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily operational accounting tasks, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions against supporting documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Monitor and track company assets and inventory-related financial adjustments.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a large team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
