Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage tax reporting obligations (PPh, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor and manage hospital inventory/asset recording to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and electronic records for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (experience in a hospital/healthcare setting is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian taxation laws.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
