Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with variance analysis
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements accurately
- Develop and maintain financial controls for shipping operations
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 2 years' experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN) and PSAK standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred
- Experience in logistics or multinational company accounting
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
