Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decision-making
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes with documentation support
- Monitor budget performance and prepare financial forecasts
- Ensure tax compliance and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Commitment to deadlines and result-driven mindset
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong ethical standards and loyalty to organizational values
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
