Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (Pajak).
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain financial transparency and budget control.
- Perform regular inventory audits and monitor asset depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and ability to work with confidential information.
- Willing to be based in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya.
