Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, and reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
- Maintain comprehensive financial documentation and digital archives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and PSAK.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN) and e-Faktur.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
