Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage tax documentation and support the tax filing process (PPh, PPN) in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track budgets, expenses, and inventory-related financial data.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support the finance manager in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive working attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
