As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using Excel and accounting software.
- Handle tax documentation and ensure timely filing of tax obligations (PPH, PPN).
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and petty cash transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budgets and departmental expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights for cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Certified in Brevet A and B (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
