Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate entry into the accounting system.
- Coordinate with the production department to track raw material costs and labor allocations.
- Perform comprehensive cost accounting analysis to monitor production efficiency and variances.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
