In this pivotal role, you'll own the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring seamless monthly closing processes and accurate financial statement preparation. Leverage your expertise in tax reconciliation to maintain compliance while optimizing our financial operations. Conduct comprehensive stock and cash opname to safeguard asset accuracy, and master COGS calculation and reporting using advanced Excel techniques. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and trial balance reconciliation
- Oversee monthly closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation
- Execute tax reconciliation activities and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Conduct regular stock and cash opname procedures to maintain inventory/cash accuracy
- Calculate and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) with precision and analytical rigor
- Develop advanced Excel-based reports for financial analysis and operational insights
- Collaborate with internal auditors and external stakeholders during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role with exposure to manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail orientation
- Experience in COGS calculation and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
