In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reconciliations, and transparent financial reporting.
As an Accounting Staff, you will work closely with the finance department to streamline accounting processes and provide support during internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily accounting entries and maintaining accurate general ledgers.
- Performing routine bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash management.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assisting with tax filing preparations and compliance documentation.
- Providing comprehensive support during internal and external financial audits.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
