Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system, ensuring all entries are properly classified and documented.
- Prepare and process payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of annual audits and tax filings, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial statements to identify discrepancies.
- Support the finance manager with budget preparation and variance analysis for various departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing or service-oriented company.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
