Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute wellness retreats, adventure tours, and forest activation events
- Manage destination partnerships and vendor relationships across Bogor and surrounding regions
- Develop innovative activity itineraries that prioritize safety, sustainability, and guest experience
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, equipment, and permits
- Monitor budget performance and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote destinations and activities
- Ensure compliance with environmental conservation guidelines and safety protocols
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new destination opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in event coordination, tourism management, or destination marketing
- Proven track record in planning adventure or wellness-focused activities
- Strong knowledge of Bogor's natural attractions, ecosystems, and adventure tourism landscape
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
