Join Pengiklan Anonim as our Water Management Head and lead critical water resource operations in Kutai Kartanegara. This senior role requires strategic oversight of water level management systems, including canals, water gates, small dams, and drainage channels. You'll develop sustainable water management protocols to optimize agricultural irrigation while preventing flooding risks. The position demands expertise in hydraulic infrastructure maintenance, environmental compliance, and cross-functional coordination with agricultural teams and local authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive water level management strategies for agricultural zones
- Operate and maintain hydraulic infrastructure (canals, water gates, drainage systems)
- Monitor water levels and weather patterns to prevent flooding and drought conditions
- Coordinate with environmental agencies on water resource sustainability initiatives
- Lead emergency response teams during extreme weather events
- Train staff on water management protocols and safety procedures
- Prepare monthly reports on water usage and infrastructure performance
- Collaborate with agricultural teams to optimize irrigation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Water Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in water infrastructure management
- Expertise in hydraulic systems operation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian water regulations and environmental standards
- Advanced certification in water resource management (preferred)
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and water monitoring software
- Proven leadership skills managing technical teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
