PT Perkebunan Hasfarm Sukokulon is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Moramo, Sulawesi Tenggara. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our plantation operations. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in data accuracy and administrative efficiency.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately, supporting the daily operational needs of our site. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily recording and monitoring of cash inflows and outflows (petty cash management).
- Prepare and verify financial vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all supporting documentation is filed systematically.
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable for site-specific operational expenses.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data and company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial bookkeeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Willingness to be based in Moramo, Sulawesi Tenggara.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
