Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Monitor and track company expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting workflows.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
