Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record all daily company financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Perform timely bank and account reconciliations to ensure ledger integrity.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all invoices are processed promptly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Monitor and manage petty cash disbursements and office expenses.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial records for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or MYOB).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations (PPh/PPN).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly financial deadlines.
- Strong integrity and ethical judgment regarding sensitive financial data.
