Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly and annual basis.
- Handling tax calculations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinating with the operational team to verify inventory costs and expense reports.
- Processing payroll and maintaining organized employee compensation records.
- Monitoring petty cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting management with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25, PPN).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Tajinan, Jawa Timur.
