Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring all billing is processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to AR transactions into the accounting system.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and perform proactive collection activities.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare aging reports and provide detailed analysis to management regarding collection status.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations departments to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all AR data is finalized and accurate.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation for audit and internal reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPN).
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle professional client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
