Homu Kanpai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding Food & Beverage company in Bandung. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff / Admin to join our growing team. You will handle day-to-day financial transactions, manage accounts, and ensure smooth office operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and financial recording transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and organize monthly payroll documentation and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial statements and reconciliation reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both financial and administrative documents.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and general office support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data entry and reporting.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
