RG Architect is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in Medan. We are operating across two vibrant sectors: Architecture and Food & Beverage (F&B). As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our projects and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and supporting our management team with data-driven insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and profit/loss reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is properly documented.
- Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure compliance with company budgets.
- Handle tax documentation and reporting requirements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Maintain and update inventory records (specifically for F&B operations, if applicable).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar).
- Strong understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
