As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, streamlining our bookkeeping processes, and supporting our management team with insightful data. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT/PPN) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors or consultants when necessary for financial reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, Xero, or SAP).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
