As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, streamlining our bookkeeping processes, and supporting our management team with insightful data. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company SOPs.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT/PPN) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors or consultants when necessary for financial reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
