In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operational health, specifically focusing on cost accounting, production analysis, and providing the data-driven insights necessary for leadership to drive business growth.
As our Accounting Staff, you will play a critical role in managing production costs, ensuring the accuracy of our Cost of Goods Sold (HPP), and identifying cost-saving opportunities within our production cycles. We are looking for someone who doesn't just record numbers, but understands the story behind them and can effectively communicate financial performance to help our management team make informed, strategic decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate, analyze, and report on comprehensive production costs to ensure accurate financial records.
- Perform regular Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) determination and validation for all product lines.
- Assist management in controlling production expenses and identifying variances against budgets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports related to manufacturing and production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Participate in periodic financial analysis to support strategic business decision-making.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to streamline cost-tracking processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting principles and HPP calculation methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) is essential.
- Familiarity with Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Cimahi, Jawa Barat.
