We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Staff to join our team in Bondowoso. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, overseeing end-to-end accounting processes for our diverse farm and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded, reconciled, and reported with precision.
As our Accounting Staff, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the fiscal health of our operations, working closely with production teams to track inventory costs, operational expenses, and profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify transaction logs for both farming and manufacturing units.
- Monitor and record operational costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads to ensure budget alignment.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Coordinate with production managers to conduct regular stock-takes and inventory valuations.
- Handle tax documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or agricultural setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company data.
- Willingness to be based in Bondowoso, Jawa Timur.
