Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare accurate financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process complex journal entries and ensure timely posting of all transactions
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation for bank accounts, payables, and receivables
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes with strict deadline adherence
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
