Yaohua Teknik Indonesia is a growing company committed to operational excellence and precision. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring reporting accuracy, and supporting our cross-border operations.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to communicate effectively, particularly in Mandarin. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact our business efficiency and compliance standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax reports (PPh, PPN).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation of expenses and invoices.
- Communicate with regional partners or suppliers in Mandarin to clarify financial discrepancies.
- Assist in year-end audit preparations and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Monitor cash flow and assist the finance manager with periodic budget analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to support business communications.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
