Yoshinoya, the renowned global Japanese restaurant chain, is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting professional to join our finance team in Jakarta Selatan. This is a temporary maternity leave cover position, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail and food service environment.
As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for daily financial entries, verifying transaction records, and ensuring that our accounting processes align with company standards. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping and record financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
- Prepare and verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliations for restaurant outlets.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Support the finance department in tax administration tasks and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for all financial documentation and supporting receipts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Proven professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute daily to the Jakarta Selatan area.
- Ability to commit to a temporary contract duration for maternity leave coverage.
