Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and record expenses in accordance with Oil & Gas industry cost-tracking requirements.
- Support the tax department in preparing necessary tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to track project budgets and expenditures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Oil & Gas or similar industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and major accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
