We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team for a 3-month project focused on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP) analysis. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating our production costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial accuracy during this critical project phase.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and raw material pricing. You will work closely with our operational teams to track price fluctuations, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze fluctuations in raw material prices to mitigate financial risk.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of existing production costs vs. actual market pricing.
- Prepare detailed financial reports summarizing cost variances and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize material acquisition strategies.
- Maintain systematic records of cost movements for management review.
- Assist in the development of updated pricing structures based on finalized cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex numerical data.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict project-based deadlines.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
