Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with company policies and Indonesian accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable functions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the accounting or finance department.
- Experience in the distribution or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
