In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations. You will lead the accounting processes, ensuring that our financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities are executed with pinpoint accuracy and strict adherence to company SOPs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, and the leadership capacity to drive operational efficiency within the finance department.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure day-to-day operations align with company standards.
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Manage bank reconciliations and verify internal financial data accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with local tax regulations and internal company SOPs.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support financial audits and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement to increase financial operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage team workflows effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
