Peach Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee our financial operations in Badung, Bali. As a key member of our finance team, you will ensure all financial transactions, reporting, and compliance adhere to Indonesian accounting standards and company policies. This role requires proactive leadership to maintain accurate financial records, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements. What You'll Do:
You will lead the accounting team in daily operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, managing tax compliance, and collaborating with department heads on budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will champion financial accuracy while mentoring junior staff and implementing best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including transaction processing and reconciliation
- Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and enforce compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements
- Mentor and develop accounting staff performance
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
