PT SUMMIT TRAVEL GOODS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Kabupaten Jepara. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the financial reporting process, manage internal controls, and ensure compliance with all local tax and financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the accounting department including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Manage and oversee tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of PPN, PPh 21, 23, and 25/29.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits to ensure corporate compliance.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to optimize cash flow.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general bookkeeping and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
