Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training and performance management
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements using accounting software and automation tools
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Tax Code, BIR regulations, and SEC compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities in team development and conflict resolution
- Experience in mining/resources/energy sector highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
