Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Site Operations: Monitor daily mining activities at MB Inc. to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and adherence to production targets.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, optimize resource extraction, and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, technical, and site teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Report Management: Prepare detailed operational reports, daily logs, and progress updates for management review.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site logistics and communication.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, or operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in mining site supervision or operations management (minimum [Number] years).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mine planning, geology, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in using mining software, CAD tools, and data analysis reporting systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Certification: Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) in Mining Engineering is an advantage.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors and perform site inspections in various weather conditions.
