Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain SAP PM master data including equipment hierarchies, functional locations, and maintenance plans
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks for asset structures and maintenance strategies
- Analyze data quality issues and implement corrective actions to ensure system integrity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align maintenance strategies with operational objectives
- Support data migration and system integration projects for PM module enhancements
- Generate performance reports and dashboards to track asset reliability metrics
- Train stakeholders on master data standards and SAP PM module functionality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module experience with master data focus
- Proven expertise in asset management and maintenance planning within mining/energy sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Proficiency in SAP data validation, migration, and governance processes
- Certification in SAP PM or data management preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
