Wadja Karya Dunia is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Pati. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our accounting records and providing actionable insights to support company growth.
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounting processes, maintaining compliance with PSAK-IFRS standards, and ensuring our financial reporting is both accurate and timely. We are looking for a leader who can manage tax compliance, streamline financial operations, and act as the primary liaison during internal and external audits. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, and the leadership ability to mentor a finance team, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and verify the accuracy of daily financial transactions and ledger entries.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports in accordance with PSAK-IFRS standards.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax reporting.
- Lead and facilitate internal and external audit processes to ensure 100% compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff.
- Develop and implement efficient financial control systems to mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations to management for business improvement.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of PSAK and IFRS accounting standards.
- Proven experience in Indonesian taxation (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
