Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate all payment documents to ensure accuracy and policy compliance before Finance approval.
- Lead and oversee the daily accounting operations to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile complex financial records and identify any discrepancies in documentation.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
- Provide regular financial reports to management, offering insights into operational spending and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff to maintain high performance and professional development standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
