Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes in accordance with PSAK and local tax regulations.
- Review financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and mentorship to the accounting team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and timely resolution of findings.
- Monitor and analyze company expenditures, suggesting cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
- Maintain effective internal controls and documentation to ensure organizational financial integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and prevailing tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Proven proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
