Usaha Baru Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Rokan Hilir, Riau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing strategic insights to the management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
As our Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the finance department in daily accounting activities, month-end closing procedures, and financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local taxation laws, including timely filing of PPh and PPN reports.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
- Possession of CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
